Research and technology in Europe, Austria, and ISTA have much in common: We are vibrant hubs for intellectual brilliance, we foster a highly collaborative environment, and we serve as magnets for individuals driven by curiosity and a passion for the exceptional. Of course, the global competition to attract and retain the brightest minds is strong. Yet, smaller size does not limit our ambition or hinder the pursuit of the outstanding. On the contrary, it can serve as a catalyst, motivating us to think outside the box, to build bridges across disciplines, and to innovate in ways that make us unique.
