„Europe – united in sunny times, divided in times of crisis?“

The European Union as well as her Member States are faced with enormous and novel challenges due to current global developments. In order to achieve consensus and solidarity among all Member States politicians and diplomats are tasked to do their part. For the European Union to successfully deal with crises of a European or international dimension far-reaching reforms should be effected concerning the body of rules and regulations governing the EU. Reforms should be implemented at once with the goal of furthering efficiency and solidarity within the Union.
